Bonnie & Norene started Shore Staffing in 2004. Bonnie is a HR Professional and Norene is a Nurse with extensive management experience. Here's more about us:
Bonnie Burke has over 20 years experience in Human Resources. For ten years, she was the Nurse Recruiter at a hospital in Delaware. She is also a columnist with Business section of the the Daily Times, Wave, Coast Press and other affiliate newspapers. Bonnie is also a motivational speaker regionally presenting topics that include: Writing an effective resume, Positive Attitude, Putting Your Best Foot Forward, and other career counseling topics. Norene Broadhurst has been a nurse for over 20 years. Prior to Shore Staffing, she worked for a hospital as the Director of Critical Care and Progressive Care Unit, Director, Occupational and Community Health Services where she developed the community health programs. She still teaches classes including ACLS and CPR. Norene received her BSN from Wilmington College followed by the Masters of Science in Healthcare Administration. Our staffing coordinator is Heather Prior. You can count on her to schedule your assignments, as well as working with our clients to meet their staffing needs, and she is developing the Virginia market. Her background in marketing, project and database management brings a new feature to our team. She works with you to coordinate your schedule with your assignments.
